The TFC-220 is a self-contained and easy-to-operate roll compactor system built for dry granulation processes. Designed for flexible development, the TFC-220 has a capacity of 20g to 20kg/hr making it ideal for both feasibility trials and scale-up processes. No additional inserts are required at either end of the processing spectrum. With the vertical hopper and screw design, product is de-aerated prior to the compaction zone providing improved processing results. The engineered seals around the compaction zone greatly reduce unwanted fines. Designed for scaling up into production TFC systems, the TFC-220 is an ideal solution for any type of dry granulation process.
