The PER-FIL® Micro-Filler is an entry level auger filler designed for Semi-Automatic operation. This system assures dust-free, accurate filling of powder, granular and paste products into rigid containers. Used primarily for Pharmaceutical, Personal Care and Nutraceutical applications, including APIs, Baby Powder, Creatine, Excipients, Fiber Laxatives, Oral Suspension Powder, Protein Powder, Talc, Whey Protein, Vitamin Crystals and many other products.

The PER-FIL Model MF Micro-Filler Semi-Automatic Auger Filler is designed for precise filling of powder, granular and paste products. This system is ideal for filling pharmaceutical, personal care and nutraceutical products into rigid containers (bottles, jars, cans, boxes) and flexible containers (sachets, pouches, bags).

PER-FIL® offers our low cost MICRO-FILLER for filling a complete range of powder and granular products. This system features a fill range of 0.5 gr – 1 kg. The MICRO-FILLER is a vertical auger filler which provides the flexibility to fill a wide variety of powder, paste and granular products. This unit is best suited for short to medium run filling. It is easy to operate, quick to clean and requires very little maintenance. The MICRO-FILLER requires NO TOOLS for set up or cleaning.

This user friendly filler comes fully assembled, and within minutes of opening the crate, the operator is in production. A comprehensive Operation and Maintenance manual is provided and shipped with each filler. Just plug the MICRO-FILLER into any standard 120 volt or 220 volt receptacle and it is ready to go!
