Datasheet: Suppository Penetration Test Apparatus SPT-6

The SPT-6 Suppository Penetration Tester is used to determine the softening time of 6 samples at the same time. The SPT-6 is made in strict compliance with the monograph of the EP 2.9.22 Apparatus A.

The Apparatus is placed into a single position Plexiglas water bath. So it possible to use the SPT-6 in the Tablet Disintegration Apparatus PTZ AUTO 1 - 4 and 1EZ - 4EZ as well as in the PTZ S. Depending in which one of this instruments the SPT 6 is used the softening time can be detected automatically.
