Pregelatinized starch PC-10 is modified starch obtained by physical modification of corn starch and remain starch-like particle structure. It has high water holding capacity. It is versatile excipients, such as pH-independent disintegrant, granulation aid, stabilizer of water sensitive drugs, and so on.
