Brochure: A&V Inspection Machine

An automatic rotating continuous inspection machine for phials, carpule and bottles. The containers are loaded into a carrying crate by the operator and fed into the central turntable via a in feed star wheel. Afterwards they are fed into a centrifuge and examined for quality control. Once inspected, the containers enter the output star wheel and are ready to be deposited in various output channels.

The machine comes with a double carrying crate to facilitate easier loading for the operator. Optional: Loading conveyor belt.
