Datasheet: Micro-23 -- Powder Filling - Rigid Containers

This equipment line features single and multi-spindle units for mid production. These systems assure dust-free, accurate filling of powder, granular and paste products into rigid containers. Used primarily for Pharmaceutical, Personal Care and Nutraceutical applications, including APIs, Baby Powder, Creatine, Excipients, Fiber Laxatives, Oral Suspension Powder, Protein Powder, Talc, Whey Protein, Vitamin Crystals and many other products.

The PER-FIL Model Micro-23 Single Head Automatic Auger Filler is designed for precise filling of powder, granular and paste products. This system is ideal for filling pharmaceutical, personal care and nutraceutical products into rigid containers (bottles, jars, cans, boxes).

Empty containers are indexed into the fill position. Containers are lifted so that the fill nozzle is inserted into the container opening to eliminate airbone dust during the fill cycle. The product is then filled by volume and when the fill cycle is complete, the container is lowered and indexed out of the fill position

Capable of fill speeds from 10-30 containers per minute, the PER-FIL Micro-23 will ensure clean, accurate fills of your powder and granular products.
