Sodium Hydroxide Solutions For Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

Sodium hydroxide runs through column regeneration, buffer prep, pH adjustment, and CIP, so deciding who prepares it touches most of a pharmaceutical process. Making it in-house means handling concentrated, corrosive material while holding concentration accuracy from batch to batch. Outsourcing moves both burdens to a supplier. These solutions use multi-compendial sodium hydroxide (NF, Ph. Eur., JP) with USP Purified Water or WFI, made under excipient GMP as defined by IPEC in an ISO 9001 and EXCiPACT-certified facility.
Stocked concentrations run from 0.1N to 50%, packed from 1 L single-use bags to 1000 L IBCs. Ethanol solutions and custom blends are also available. Access the brochure to see concentrations, formats, and qualification sample options.
