To encapsulate a surface to edge finish, Arcoplast manufacture their service doors using a technology called resin transfer molding, this is to prevent deterioration or potential delamination. The outer layer of the service door comprises of the Arcoplast protective High Gloss Gel Coat surface, this surface provides an easy to clean resilient finish that requires no on going rejuvenating maintenance programs.
Arcoplast molded fiberglass service doors have a pane print section built into the mold. The print relief configuration in the door is sloped, presenting a ledge free, sleek appearance. If required, the molded blank panel can be removed and fitted with a window gasket that accommodates a single 6mm glass pane or an acrylic sheet. The doors feature a fully reversible continuous hinge.
