"Mass-flow" technology is a core competency of the site and staff. Our compounding and compression technologies include state-of-the-industry mass flow equipment to manage content uniformity sensitive formulations, dry and wet granulation processes, utilizing a fluid bed dryer with spray granulation technologies, in-bin blending, various tablet presses, and film coating capabilities.
Complementing the state-of-the-industry manufacturing are advanced packaging systems that feature filling, labeling, and packing capabilities. Tablet counting and bottle filling is performed using modern, electronic, or slat fillers configured to include in-line capping, induction sealing, labeling, and various secondary packaging equipment. Bottle handling capabilities range from 5cc to 250cc with tablet count capabilities from 1 to 1,000.
