Solid/Liquid Injection Manifold System

Ross SLIM system and a batch mixer emulsifier disperses solids like TiO₂ , carbon black, and fumed silica instantly. Powders that would otherwise float persistently on the surface and resist wetting out are drawn thorough a feed tube and injected directly into the high shear zone of the submerged rotor/stator generator. Agglomerates are broken down quickly. Dusting is virtually eliminated.
