Designed with special pick & place with the ability to create vacuum before stoppering, replace headspace with N₂ while stoppering and giving the ability to work below 1% residual O₂ inside the vial headspace. This machine is designed to work in single vacuum stoppering configuration for bigger formats, and two vacuum stoppering on the smaller ones. The capping machine is designed with the ‘First-In First-Out’ system with indexing star wheel and segmented servo motor unit to allow capacity to in-feed the vials one-by-one or two-by-two on the transfer unit.
