Spraying Systems Co Launches New Ultrasonic System For Coating, Drying And Humidification

The AccuJet™ Ultrasonic Spray System delivers precise, extremely fine spray which is ideal for micron coating, high-precision coating as well as vaporization, spray drying and humidification. One innovative solution can make a world of difference, ultrasonic spraying is a unique process that improves transfer efficiency and uniformity.

The Ultrasonic spray nozzle will operate at flow rates that range from 0.5 to 10 cc/min. The high vibration frequency generates fine droplets. Air assist shapes spray pattern and allows adjustment of droplet velocity. Shaping air pressure as low as 0.1PSI will affect spray velocity. Spray velocity adjustments can be made to optimize coverage with minimal overspray, resulting in savings on materials and maintenance costs. The spray controller allows for power adjustment to the nozzle and maintains the nozzle at resonant frequency.
