The company offers further design improvements to return loops on its Aspen stainless steel heat exchangers.
The company offers further design improvements to return loops on its Aspen stainless steel heat exchangers. The new loops are orbital welded to improve the unit's cleanliness, appearance and pressure drop. The economical Aspen series was engineered for ultra-clean operation, making it suitable for laser applications, which require extremely high purity water, or for applications which use corrosive liquids.

Matching the air and fluid capacities optimized the thermal performance of the Aspen heat exchangers. The new design allows for reduced weight, lower air and liquid side pressure drop, and improved internal cleanliness. Aspen's redesigned liquid side returns eliminate trapped particles, which can contaminate the cooling fluid. To ensure the integrity of the cooling fluid, the Aspen Series is manufactured without contaminating lubricants. Additionally, this series is easier to construct so the savings are passed on the customer.

Six standard sizes are stocked and ready for immediate shipment. For OEM applications, the company's engineering department can develop cost-effective cooling solutions using Aspen technology.
