Brochure: Stainless Steel Sanitary Spray Ball Nozzle (Series 527)

The Lechler Stainless Steel Sanitary Spray Ball is a static tank cleaning nozzle specifically designed for CIP spray applications which have stringent sanitary requirements. The Sanitary Spray Ball in fact fulfills the hygienic requirements of the 3A sanitary standards. Its surface is burnished to an Ra finish of 32 for a high level of slickness. Since a sanitary nozzle can have no threads, the Sanitary Spray Ball connects to the inlet by slipping onto it and being secured by a pin. The 316L stainless steel material of construction is also FDA-compliant. Depending on the connection size, this nozzle can clean tanks from 12'-25' in diameter.
