Sterifill F2000: In-Line Filling And Stoppering Machines

Sterifill F2000 is suitable for liquid solution filling into cylindrical vials and for rubber stopper insertion. The constructive concepts allow the machine to condition vials at high speed (up to 600 pcs/min). The machine is particularly designed for drug processing in aseptic conditions either in traditional class 100 area or in isolation technology.

Six basic machine versions are available with 6, 8, or 12 filling nozzles, as well as different dosing systems (volumetric, time/pressure, net weight filling, peristaltic, diaphragm pumps).

CIP/SIP systems and "no bottle no fill" option are standard features, too.

The ergonomic location of the operating groups permits the total exposure of the transport system to the sterilising agent, typically VHP. Its compact design allows the machine to be positioned against a wall and so to be operated from one side only. Dosing capacity: from 0.25 to 500 ml.

The machine includes a high speed stoppering station with vacuum distributor in st. st. and Rulon 641 easily removable and autoclavable.
