The Texwipe Company LLC-wetted wipers are pre-wetted with a precise amount of 70% isopropyl alcohol/30% deionized water blend. The use of pre-wetted wipers eliminates problems associated with mixing, filtration, and sterilization of IPA solutions. They deliver a pre-measured amount of solution to the surface, thus reducing alcohol over-spray and optimizing solution usage.

All The Texwipe Company LLC-wetted wipers are gamma irradiated to 10-6 Sterility Assurance Level, according to AAMI Guidelines, and are accompanied by a lot-specific Certificate of Processing and Certification of Compliance. Small lot packaging provides sterility and usage control, and expiration dates are marked on each package.

These wipers are suitable for the following applications:

  • Cleanup of soiled surfaces in sterile suites
  • Cleaning environmental surfaces in sterile environments
  • Cleaning laminar flow hoods in microbiology laboratories
  • Wiping gloved hands
  • Final wipe-down after disinfection

    • The The Texwipe Company LLC-wetted line includes pre-wetted TechniCloth, a hydroentangled, nonwoven blend of 55% cellulose and 45% polyester, and pre-wetted 100% melt-blown polypropylene substrates. Custom substrates are also available.
