N/Atationary housings can be sterilized in-situ or in an autoclave, and feature an O-ring position that is said to ensure optimal sterility. The housings fit O2, conductivity and turbidity sensors, as well as low maintenance gel-filled pH and redox electrodes.
The company provides stationary housings for every need, whether installing in a pipe, vessel or fermentor. Housings are available for ¾-in. NPT fittings, 19-mm or 25-mm weld-in socket fittings, and 1 ½-in. sanitary fittings. The stainless steel (316L) housing provides protection for sensors installed in process environments, and the integral cage shields the sensing membrane from accidental breakage. Alternative construction materials are available on request.
