The most sophisticated process equipment jointly developed is the FCDV/FCDM pass-through hatch for transferring non-autoclavable material into a clean room via a validatable decontamination process.
Fedegari’s unique approach has been to understand that no chemical agent is the ‘perfect’ solution and to design a range of cabinets, both front and floor loading, to accommodate all three chemical agents available, VHP, dry-mist biocide and Chlorine Dioxide. To ensure short cycle times and reliable validation, the full chamber is actively managed throughout rather than conventional ‘passive’ pass-throughs.
Control of the cabinets is via Fedegari’s proven Thema4, again offering a validation approach far in excess of the competitors.
