Suspension Preparation Application Animation

AseptiSafe aseptic transfer Split Butterfly Valves (SBV) provide improved sterility assurance whilst making bulk powder additions to suspension preparation, formulation or compounding tanks in aseptic processing. The AseptiSafe transfer system will ensure the integrity of the powder product utilising the principal of separation, and decontamination with options to suit the critical area set up. Worker protection from potent/toxic products is also assured through validated dust particulate containment.

This animation shows how the AseptiSafe system deals with the ring of concern from the SBV Active connection on the vessel, with Steam In Place (SIP) capability, before the powder product container is docked to the Active connection. Two optional approaches are available to offer either a sealed transfer within higher grade cleanrooms or a advanced integral biodecontamination cycle for fully validated 6 log sterility assurance for transfers within low grade cleanrooms.
