SYFILL Filling Machine For Syringes, Cartridges, And Vials

The SYFILL machines are designed to process nested containers, such as syringes, cartridges, and vials in aseptic conditions, meeting the current pharmaceutical industry requirements.

The machine receives the opened tub in the filling area and through a pick and place system the nest is moved in a drilled support.

Than the SCARA (Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm) brings the nest under filling and stoppering station to complete the operation.

At the end of the cycle the nest is re-positionated into the tub for exit conveyor.

The machines can be equipped with isolation unit, open/closed RABS (restricted area barrier system), or conventional laminar flow hood.
