Containment is all about the safety of the operator. At Syntegon we provide two different solutions for OSD (Oral Solid Dosage) processing under containment conditions:

• ProTect: Machines in ProTect execution can handle production processes that are classified up to OEB4. The term "ProTect" stands for a dry cleaning approach, with optional wetting system, to reduce airborne contamination.
• HiProTect: The term "HiProTect" represents a machine series for products with a containment classification up to OEB5. All machines in HiProTect execution provide a manual or automated WIP (Washing-In-Place) cleaning process.
