SYNTHESIS WET: Force Feed Die Filling Tablet Press With Wetting System

The Synthesis WET is a tablet press machine with wetting system and is a combination of the proven Synthesis design with cost effective features fulfilling safety regulations in the pharmaceutical industry.

The machine ensure low level investment and high level of protection during operation.

All parts within the processing area can be wetted to dampen down any airborne particulate. This can be achieved by means of spray guns strategically positioned inside the press compartment or through spray ports on the machine doors. The tablet chute is wetted down together with the rest of the press. After wetting, the parts can be dismantled and washed off-line.

The pivotal bearing of the feeder support is isolated from the mechanical area. There is no mechanical gearbox mounted on the force feeder, so this unit can be easily washed without danger of water/detergent penetration. The complete force feeder can be delivered in stainless steel execution. Safe access to processing area during production is achieved by means of glove ports on machine doors. The process area is pre-arranged for easy water discharge: the base plate is inclined so that water runs directly down into the drain.
