The PTB 411E Tester is a semi automated instrument to test the Weight at a separate Balance connected to the PTB411, Thickness, Diameter (Length) and Hardness of the same sample.
The fully automated WHT Instruments are designed to automatically measure four parameters for either round or shaped tablet forms. These parameters are: Weight, Height, Diameter (or Length) and Hardness. The WHT 1 ME is primarily designed for round tablets. The WHT 2 ME has a special system in the length / hardness section (sample orientation flaps) which can move an oblong tablet (for example) into the correct orientation for length and then hardness testing regardless of the angle at which it arrives at the measuring point. All systems are supplied with the WHT32 Software package which allows full documentation of the results, with special banding showing acceptable and non-acceptable product tolerances. The software is fully CFR 21 Part 11 compliant.
The PT-MT2 instrument, Magentic Tablet, is used to qualify and calibrate the Hardness Test Instrument.
PTB 411E - 4 in 1 Hardness, Weight, Diameter and Thickness Te
Test Weight, Thickness, Diameter or Length and Hardness of tablets using the unique PTB 411 tablet testing instrument. Manually place the sample onto the connected balance (Mettler or Sartorius); after the weight is automatically stored, move the sample for thickness testing into the PTB411.

WHT 3 ME and WHT SM for all shaped samples
This series of Instruments is designed to automatically measure four parameters for either round or shaped tablet forms. These parameters are: Weight, Height, Diameter (or Length) and Hardness.
