TDA-2G - Portable Photometer
The TDA-2G unit is only 20% of the size and less than 50% of the weight of the TDA-2E, making this unit dramatically easier to use in the field. Its smaller size and reduced weight greatly improve portability. The unit can be tipped up for improved visibility and easy access to the control panel by the operator.
The microprocessor-controlled TDA-2G is user friendly and enables the operator to quickly set operating functions and parameters. It can be easily programmed and operated with seven push buttons. The digital display has a Setup Menu and Error codes for operator convenience.
The unit is Auto-Ranging over six decades which eliminates the manual Range Selection Switch. The digital display indicates % Leakage with resolution from 100.0% to .0001%.
The high intensity bargraph enables operators to rapidly pinpoint leaks. The Auto-Ranging digital display provides extreme accuracy for determining percentage of aerosol concentration or % Leakage. The refresh rate of the digital display is adjustable.
The aerosol concentration values for the 100% Upstream and the 0% Downstream baselines are automatically set with the 100% and 0% push buttons which eliminate the Gain & Straylight controls.
The set point for the Audible and Visible Alarms can be easily and quickly programmed or disabled. The display panel and scanning probe flash when the Alarm set point is exceeded.
The new TDA-2G has 3 pre-programmed Reference values for aerosol agents. The operator can quickly select DOP, PAO or another aerosol to comply with test protocols.
