We have extensive expertise in emulsion and suspension products, in addition to standard non-solid products.

We manufacture pilot batch trials in our state-of-the-art plant located in Montreal, Canada.

Therapex' Development Process approach is fully integrated with the manufacturing process to ensure efficient, transparent interchangeability between R & D environment and industrial scale manufacturing. Our formulators follow new products from the laboratory through the validation of the three first commercial batches.

We develop procedures and documentation unique to each specific product, including technology transfer for new products or manufacturing site change.

Product Development is streamlined using Project Management technique and is conducted to comply with Design Control requirement of 21 CFR-Part 820 (QSR).

Development work is done in a cGMP for US, Canada and European Union environment.
