Tote Systems Aligns with United States Filter Corp

In order to better serve the fast growing "fill/finish" market, United States Filter Corporation (USF) recently announced that they have acquired Tote Systems Inc. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Tote System's product line includes bins, blenders, wash stations and containment systems, all of which are key elements in "fill/finish" facilities.

USF Industrial Products is a provider and manufacturer of high purity process systems for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and microelectronics industries.

United States Filter Corporation is a global provider of commercial, industrial, municipal and residential water and wastewater treatment systems, products and services.
