White Paper: Transferring Conventional LC Methods To Ultra Fast Liquid Chromatography
Source: Shimadzu Scientific Instruments
The purpose of this study was to develop an ultra-fast LC method for the determination of seven barbiturates from an existing LC method. The existing method utilized a 23-minute run time to separate seven barbiturate compounds with a reversed-phase gradient. A UFLC method transfer program was utilized to provide suggested conditions for the ultra-fast analysis. Submitted by Shimadzu Scientific Instruments
