The O'Hara Tray Dry Oven effectively dries pre-mixed wet powders suitable for further processing into tablets. Other uses include tablet drying and curing.
The ovens are available in a range of sizes to suit your production requirements from 100 to 600 kg. Models have from one chamber with one cart, up to two chambers with four carts. Each cart holds 24 trays with a capacity of 3 to 5 kg per tray of wet mix. The exposed surfaces of the oven are manufactured from Type 304 Stainless Steel, including the transfer carts and trays. Optional 316L stainless steel is available for trays and interior surfaces.
Options include, single pass or recirculated process air, steam or electric heating, HEPA clean air filters, variable speed drives, high and low temperature alarms, automatic purging, automatic heating and cooling cycles, programmable control, explosion proof doors, motors and controls, and humidification and dehumidification systems.
