The company offers the triple shaft 200 gallon mixers designed to provide maximum process flexibility to the user. The mixer was constructed using all stainless steel wetted parts. Many unique features are included such as a self-contained Mixer Emulsifier bushing lubrication system, high pressure spray nozzles for self cleaning, scrapers to wipe the sidewalls of the vessel and a combination sight glass/wiper on the cover. The vessel is jacketed to heat or cool and the unit can operate to 15 psi pressure and 29½ hg vacuum. Models are available from a one gallon bench top design to production sizes exceeding 2500 gallons. Change can and fixed tank designs are offered.
