For the most demanding ultra pure processing, including sensitive Pharmaceutical or Biotechnological applications, choose Top Line's Biopharm tubing. Manufactured from 316L stainless steel (other materials available on request) and bright annealed to a minimum of 1900ºF, this tubing is offered in a variety of finishes. We provide Biopharm tubing in 20' lengths with outside diameters from 1/2" to 4", other sizes are available on special order.

Mechanically Polished Biopharm Tubing is available with a 20 RA internal finish and a 180 or 240 grit exterior polish.

Electropolished Biopharm Tubing is finished to 10 RA and is fully tested to ASTM A450 requirements. It is rinsed, dry purged and carefully packaged in a class 100 cleanroom, so it reaches your facility in the finest possible condition. This tubing is supplied with sulfur content range of .005 to .017.
