Operating principle
The masterly command of the aseptic process and its innovative technologies allows ACTINI SA to work in the chemistry, pharmacy and cosmetic industries.

Applications

  • Heat regeneration: opposite flow of the process fluid
  • Heating and temperature holding with recovery section (for further details about our heating systems)
  • Cooling: double shell exchanger (cold, chilled or glycoled water)

Design of the exchangers

  • Totally aseptic tubular exchangers
  • One-piece and compact equipment: dismountable or all-welded
  • Résistance to high temperatures (250°C) and high pressures (30 bars)
  • Specific choices of the stainless steels in accordance with the kind of fluid to treat (304L - 316L - SAF - URANUS)
  • Conformity to the food and pharmaceutical design standards
  • Conformity to the TÜV and 3A guidelines
  • Total traceability (3-1B certificates, surface finishing.)

Heating systems
Steam : the overheated water process (AES) consists in injecting regulated steam into a water loop circulating in the double shell (external tube) of the Actitube® exchanger. A steam nozzle makes the diffusion in the heating fluid easier. This overheated water allows the heat treatment of the liquid product circulating in the inside aseptic tube Its pieces of equipment are silent and its extended range of nozzles guarantees the precision in the temperature control.

Hot water: electrical pasteurizers (AEC)ACTINI SA also designs pasteurizers using a hot water (AEC) heating module functioning with electrical immersion heaters..

Range

  • Standard flow rates: ranging from 200 to 30 000 l/h
