Two-way entry stringer pallets are made from specially formulated vinyl materials. The deck boards and stringers are extruded hollow profiles with internal ribs, designed by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to provide high structural strength while reducing weight. Deck boards are 1 inch in height and 4 ½ inches in width. Board surface's feature small ridges, which provide a friction resistance for loads that is equal to wood. Stringer sections are 2 ½ inches wide and 3 ¾ inches high.
