The company offers a new unique series of gas distribution systems designed to safely deliver a continuous supply of ultra high purity corrosive and non-corrosive gases used typically in laboratory and process plant environments.

Automatically changing cylinder or bank priority from primary to reserve supply without transmitting pressure fluctuations to the use line, the AutoSwitch series is designed to meet individual requirements. Offering excellent reliability and precise system control, the series provides intrinsic functionality and safety precluding the danger of explosion that can occur in flammable gas use.

Models 522 and 523 use pressure switches to alert remote locations of the need to replace depleted cylinders. Models 536 and 537 provide high-pressure backup to a primary cryogenic source. Models 524 and 525 are enhanced transducer models that completely monitor and record gas supply, providing digital readout of inlet/delivery pressure and consumption, vital for quality assurance.

A unique central control remote alarm module, the heart of the system on the pressure switch and transducer models, can monitor up to four separate gas systems simultaneously. Allowing for maximum supervision of gas supply from one location, the alarm supports analog and digital computer interfaces, multiple telephone dialers, and additional remote slave alarms.

Available with brass or stainless steel internals designed for peak performance, durability, safety, and 100% gas compatibility, the series incorporates a modular manifold designed for centralized gas distribution regardless of facility constraints. Systems are applicable for inlet pressure up to 3300 psig (230 bar), maximum flow of 600 scfh (283 lpm) and helium leak integrity of 1 x 10-8 scc/sec.
