Note: If only Aqueous mix is required then all solvent related parts can be left on site.

Pneumatically sealed Aeromatic-Fielder TU6 Fluid Bed Dryer with Pneumatic shaker rams & automatic wash in place system (Max over pressure 10bar)
Aeromatic-Fielder PMA600 mixer
Vacuum product delivery to PMA, wet mill to FBD and FBD to IBC via dry mill Associated pipework, fans and filters.

Solvent system comprising:

Solvent Loading cabinet for three products
Solvent Prep area with heated and cooled solvent tank fitted with load cells.
Recovery system comprising two Jaggi/Guntner condensors, Two chiller systems runnning at -10 & -45 deg. (Note chillera are optional at the buyers discretion)
Two Explosion proof safety valves
