Vacuum Gauge

Model SRG-2CE is a spinning rotor vacuum gauge for high-vacuum gauge calibration. The unit offers calibration traceability consistent with ISO 9000 standards and is suited for use in metrology and experiments where high accuracy and repeatability is required. Measurement range is 1 mbar to 5x10-7 mbar. The accuracy is 1% of measured value ±3x10-6 mbar up to 10-2 mbar. Long-term stability is better than 1%/year.
