Vanrx Pharmasystems' Pharmaceutical Filling Technology & Experienced Team Impresses Important Industry Organization

Vanrx hosts BioPhorum Operations Group members assessing new technologies for their strategic technology roadmap

Vanrx Pharmasystems, developers of the most technologically advanced aseptic pharmaceutical filling systems in the world, recently hosted 23 member companies of the BioPhorum Operations Group (BPOG, www.biophorum.com). Vanrx had the opportunity to present their cutting-edge technology to the visiting participants of BPOG, who have set out to develop a strategic technology roadmap geared at solving the most important pharmaceutical industry challenges. As a result of the visit, Vanrx received positive feedback from the members, concluding that their technology is poised to meet projected industry needs. BPOG was impressed with the Vanrx team being comprised of pharmaceutical experts and how it reflected in their technology features such as gloveless automation and simplicity of operation. These make it safer and easier for pharmaceutical companies to train staff and to deploy and scale workcell systems for global operations.

BPOG is a team of senior executives from 29 different pharmaceutical companies collaborating to solve industry challenges regarding operations, competitiveness and reduction of patient risk. The result of this joint effort is a strong vision of anticipated industry needs to encourage and inspire development of new technologies. Aiming to bring the roadmap into reality over the next year, BPOG has laid out key market challenges affecting the manufacturing equipment, including new regulations, manufacturing capabilities for producing new and sophisticated drugs, as well as safety for both the manufacturer and patients.

“We were honoured to welcome the BPOG members into our facility, and to have the opportunity to present our revolutionary aseptic filling technology. As long time innovators in the pharmaceutical industry, it’s rewarding to see a cross-industry organization recognize our technology advantages and validate their alignment with current industry challenges,” said Chris Procyshyn, CEO of Vanrx.

Comprised of a team of pharmaceutical experts with long experience as users of filling systems, Vanrx has been able to develop their technology based on the needs of its customers, preparing them to take on today’s challenges and those to come. By offering automated and flexible modular solutions, Vanrx Pharmasystems is revolutionizing pharmaceutical packaging processes.
