VCM Cap Sealing Machine

The VCM Series of closing/capping and sealing machines are designed for the application of different closures and seals on glass and plastic vials and bottles. Can be equipped with a variety of different closing heads, either with mechanical clutches or servomotors to handle:

• Pressure caps (plugs, droppers, and dosing caps)
• Screw caps (standard, safety rings, and childproof caps)
• Nasal spray pumps, pipettes and applicators
• Aluminium seals (tear off or flip-off seals)

Different types of sealing systems can be provided for aluminum seals:

• Conventional rotary heads
• Pressure rotating sealing heads against a fixed blade
• Independent blade rotary heads
• Crimping heads for low particle generation
