Venair Heated Hose Ensures Constant Temperature Of Fluid

Venair Heated Hoses are food and pharmaceutical hose assemblies with polyester fabric plies, stainless steel wire and an inner electrical coil encased in the hose wall. Each hose can be equipped with 316L stainless steel fittings.

Specially recommended for the transport of liquid or semi-liquid fluids in the food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and biotechnological industries.

These hoses are in compliance with FDA 21 CFR 177.2600 and BfR XV standards. The product will ensure a constant temperature of the fluid as it flows through the hose. The temperature is controlled by an electronic regulator connected to the hose. Each model is custom made according to customer’s requirements and working conditions. The hoses have a smooth inner and outer surface in white color.

Odorless, tasteless and completely non-toxic, the Vena® Heated Hose can work in a temperature range between -76ºF and 356ºF (-60ºC and 180ºC).
