Veranova Appoints Dr. Bob Huang Vice President And General Manager Of West Deptford Site

Devens, MA – Veranova today announced the appointment of Dr. Bob Huang as Vice President and General Manager for its West Deptford, New Jersey facility. He will lead site operations, advance strategic growth initiatives, and strengthen manufacturing excellence and customer delivery.

Bob brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across the pharmaceutical and CDMO sectors, with expertise in API process development, GMP manufacturing operations, business development, and partnership management. He has a strong record of driving operational performance and leading transformation in highly regulated environments.

Before joining Veranova, Bob spent most of his career at Sanofi, where he held roles of increasing responsibility across CMC development, licensing, collaboration, and API contract manufacturing. Most recently, he led global external manufacturing networks, helping drive business growth while improving supply reliability, compliance, and cost performance.

Bob holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University of California, Irvine.
