Worthington Industries, Company

Source: Worthington BeamAlloy
Worthington BeamAlloy provides anti-sticking and wear-resistant coatings for tableting punches. Using our patented ion-beam-enhanced, vacuum deposition process, we provide a chromium-nitride coating that has higher resistance to abrasive wear than either hardened tool steel or chrome plating. Independent customer testing has recently shown that this coating is clearly superior to uncoated, nickel plated, and chrome plated tooling in resistance to sticking. So, not only will the tooling last longer, it will run better. If our coating doesn't provide these benefits in your tableting operation, just give us the facts, and we'll refund your coating cost.

Now a part of Worthington Industries, a $2B global corporation, Worthington BeamAlloy is expanding our coating production capability and inviting new customers to evaluate our products through a free trial offer. Contact Stan Ream, General Manger, for more information, and look for our expanded presence on VerticalNet.
