Fast, flexible precision powder dispensing for any laboratory

Specifically designed for accurate, closed loop, weight dispensing typically difficult, and potentially accurate, manually or by other laboratory methods, the Xcelolab dispenser:
- repeatedly dispenses tiny amounts of powder, including:
- cohesive
- free-flowing
- micronized
- inhalation powders
- dispenses into various containers including:
- capsules (including PCcaps®, Coni-Snap® and Vcaps® Plus capsules)
- cartridge
- cassette
- blister
- vial
- tube
- beaker
- syringe
Uses the same ‘pepper-pot’ technology as Capsugel’s proven and established Xcelodose® precision powder micro-dosing system, ensuring the properties of your material are not compacted or degraded.
Accuracy is typically 1-2% RSD (1% when automatically repeat filling using stored proven method).
Sartorius microbalances SE2, ME5 and ME10 and CPA laboratory balances are compatible with the Xcelolab dispenser. All Sartorius balances are interchangeable and have been specifically adapted for optimum performance.
