ABOUT GF
GF supplies fully automatic high-technology machines able to process a wide range of containers such as ampoules, vials, syringes, cartridges, glass/plastic bottles, and soft bags. Our systems are designed and manufactured to treat liquid, viscous, and powder products.
The professional approach, management structure, significant R&D investments for developing state of the art solutions, engineering excellence and short time-to-market responses are distinctive qualities for which GF is recognized. Thus, making GF an international reference in the fields in which it operates.
Sterile & Non Sterile Filling
GF offers a broad production program for both aseptic and multi-function filling lines, able to process liquid, semi-solid products, and powder.
The range of products includes low-medium or high-speed capacity washing, depyrogenation, and filling & stoppering machines.
The area of application varies from SVP (Small Volume Parenterals) to LVP (Large Volume Parenterals) for a number of different products filled in glass or plastic containers (ampoules, vials, bottles, cartridges, syringes, and infusion bags).
Utmost attention is given to the design and construction to ensure the best aseptic filling conditions and product & operator protection.
Automatic Inspection
Stringent norms and GMP requirements call for 100% quality control to ensure that pharmaceutical products are free of contamination, and that containers are tight in order to prevent any changes in physical properties of the product.
GF produces a complete range of machines for particulate, cosmetic, leak, laser headspace analysis (HSA) inspections for a wide variety of containers (ampoules, vials, bottles, cartridges, syringes, and soft bags).
GF inspection machines are manufactured based on a long-standing experience in mechanical handling and control systems, while keeping up with the fast development of visual & optical devices, in order to guarantee optimal performances and consistent results.
IV Solution
GF offers a complete range of machines able to form, fill, and seal both plastic bags and bottles commonly used for large volume injectable solutions and irrigation products.
ISBM technology is the modern manufacturing trend used for the Polypropylene bottles manufacturing, while the traditional form, fill, and seal technology is the commonly used for the soft bags manufacturing.
Automatic leak detection, optical inspection, and labelling can be integrated as part of the production line.
As a member of the Coesia Group, GF is constantly researching new technologies with our sister companies, which has allowed GF to be highly responsive to specific requirements and to industry challenges for unique packaging solutions.
