A&V GS 200 Pharmaceutical Inspection Machine

The A&V Series of fully automated inspection machines for syringes, cartridges, vials, and ampoules represents the ideal solution to comply with GMP requirements, and to ensure that SVP products are essentially free of particulate and cosmetic defects.

Standard configuration includes loading system in line connection, vision inspection carousel with three particle detection stations and fill level inspections, and dedicated exit trays for rejected products at each inspection point.  The same machine can be integrated with rinsing and drying, leak testing, and labeling modules.
