B/F/S (Blow/Fill/Seal) Aseptic Filling Equipment Animation

A 3D Animation production of Weiler Engineering, Inc.'s B/F/S (Blow/Fill/Seal) aseptic filling equipment with downstream remote deflasher.

An Aseptic process where Resin pellets are extruded to form the sterile container before filling with a sterile product formulation.  Once filled, the sterile formed and filled containers are then hermetically sealed in one continuous operation. The featured machine can be configured to produce SVP vials up to a 60 cavity mold format and 500/1000ml LVP Bottles up to a 14 cavity format.
