DecFill® Pharmaceutical Aseptic Filling Line
DecFill® uniquely designed and easy to operate systems are intended to optimize production time and minimize changeover time. DecFill® is a fully automated production filling line designed to accommodate various containers, including vials, cartridges and syringes. With the use of a magnetic linear transport the containers are separated to reduce particles.
DecFill® is capable to handle different container formats. Instead of a specific line for each type of container, the DecFill® lines can be built with all the required modules for various containers with a minimum impact on production capacity which will save additional investment costs. With the use of standard modules, the line can be configured according to your specific production needs. De-Bagging, De-Lidding and De-Nesting units for ready to use tubs can be used or buffer turntables with manual infeed from trays or sterilization tunnels integration.
DecFill® can be provided with various barrier systems such as o-RABS and high containment isolators. All equipment is configured for a seamless integration into your production process.
