The GKF 720 fully automatic capsule filling machine features one platform for all requirements - from galenical development to small scale batch manufacturing. The integrated in-process control (IPC) provides a statistical overview of the capsule gross and net weights. A continuous IPC weighing process prevents reduction of machine speed. Process enhancement functions are available such as automatic troubleshooting system or "no cap - no fill" function. The machine design allows efficient product change-over and easy cleaning. Combination dosing options include up to 3 different dosing units possible with integrated net weight detection and automatic fill weight regulation. Individual capsule rejection and automated trouble shooting allow for highest yield.
