High Potency API Filled Capsule Inspection System
HPAPI Capsule Inspection System is designed to provide personnel protection during the inspection of filled capsules containing Highly Potent Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (HPAPI) powder. Accommodates space for an analytical weighing balance and capsule inspection bats (paddles). Acrylic viewing panels above enclosure face provide continuous, uninterrupted line of sight during inspection processes. Inspected product may be safely removed from the enclosure by inserting material through a continuous liner cut-out located in the center of the enclosure base. Waste is removed from the right-side continuous liner.
Features include removable draftshield with 8” oval glove ports, dished phenolic base, two 24” (W) x 14” (D) dual-speed fans with Bag-in/Bag-out Dual HEPA filtration, 8” continuous liners on the left and right sides of the enclosure, magnifying glass mounting plate, polypropylene accessory plate, (2x) 220V dual outlets, E-Stop button with reset and on/off indication functionalities, four RJ45 Ethernet connections, FS1650 alarm, control box with fan/light switch and isolation switch. LED lighting and acrylic viewing panels provide optimal lighting across the working surface. Includes a stainless steel table with height-adjustment functionality, leveling pads, lockable casters, and a 19” (H) CPU shelf.
