M6 Tablet Metal Detector
The M6 Tablet Metal Detector is equipped with a detection head and signal processing engineered for pharmaceutical applications. Furthermore, the structure is designed to minimize the negative effect on detection performance of static electricity of tablets and capsules, as well as vibration and inverter noise from nearby equipment. The result is a highly specialized machine that provides outstanding detection of metal contaminants with very few adjustments and almost no need to use sample products during configuration. The sensitivity of the Tablet Metal Detector can determine whether the contaminant is magnetic or non-magnetic without a time-consuming breaking test on tablets and capsules. A position sensor on the rejection unit prevents false rejects as well as defective products from slipping into downstream equipment.
