The Alliance iS Bio HPLC System is a highly advanced and inert platform tailored for use in biopharmaceutical manufacturing environments. Its low system dispersion and default 680 µL mixer make it ideal for applications where analytes may experience non-specific adsorption to metal surfaces or the acidic mobile phase. This study highlights how features such as Gradient SmartStart Technology and the Intelligent Method Translator App (iMTA) facilitate the seamless transfer of methods from Arc Premier systems equipped with quaternary or binary solvent managers, maintaining separation selectivity without the need for time-consuming method re-optimization.
