Natoli Engineering Appoints Gerardo Zuniga As New West Coast Service Technician

Natoli Engineering has hired Gerardo Zuniga as their new West Coast Service Technician based at their Southern California Technical Center. Zuniga has been active in the tableting industry for more than 20 years. He is bilingual in English and Spanish and has been trained in Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). His key strengths are in problem resolution, training, tooling inspection, disassembling and assembling tablet presses using various tools, and installing various machine components. In Mr. Zuniga’s over 20 years of experience, he has used problem-solving techniques to implement corrective and preventative actions, troubleshooting of different tablet presses including, Fette, Kilian, Stokes, and Natoli presses while adjusting computerized parameters, performing set ups and change overs, and running tablet press production while adhering to all required batch record specifications. Mr. Zuniga’s expertise goes beyond tablet presses as he has performed additional functions using several different types of processing equipment within the Pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industries.
